If the bookmakers are to be believed, we are likely to be seeing Manuel Pellegrini in the Premier League again next season, this time as West Ham manager.
The former Manchester City boss has been installed as the odds-on favourite to replace David Moyes after his departure from the London Stadium on Wednesday.
The 64-year-old is currently managing in China, in charge of Hebei China Fortune, but the bookies clearly believe he will be tempted by a return to the UK, having left these shores in 2016.
Betfair have installed the veteran Chilean as 8/11 favourite to be the next West Ham manager.
His nearest rival in the betting is Shakhtar Donetsk boss Paulo Fonseca at 11/5, although the Portuguese is also in contention to be the next Everton boss.
Fonseca has previously taken charge of Porto, Braga, Pacos Ferreira and Aves in his home country and was named Ukrainian Premier League Best Coach in 2016-17.
Newcastle United manager Rafael Benitez is thought to be a possible replacement for Moyes at 6/1, but after him there is a significant drop-off.
Unai Emery is available at 10/1 and Claudio Ranieri at 14/1, then there is a quartet of candidates at 20/1.
These are Rui Faria, Max Allegri, Marco Silva and Luis Enrique.
Manuel Pellegrini 8/11
Paulo Fonseca 11/5
Rafa Benitez 6/1
Claudio Ranieri 14/1
Unai Emery 20/1
Rui Faria 20/1
Massimiliano Allegri 20/1
Marco Silva 20/1
Luis Enrique 20/1
David Wagner 25/1
Julian Nagelsmann 28/1
